Why local matters
Headquartered in Glendora. AHJ relationships across the basin.
When LAFD’s plan check has a question on your submittal, our PM picks up the phone — they know the reviewer by name. That relationship saves projects weeks against vendors run from out of state.
- Direct working relationships with LAFD, LACoFD, Long Beach Fire, Santa Monica Fire, Pasadena Fire, Glendale Fire, and Burbank Fire plan-review.
- Same-day truck dispatch from Glendora to anywhere in LA County.
- 30 years of LA-specific code history — every major LA high-rise built since 2010 has BEC equipment in it.
In Los Angeles County, BEC delivers:
Every life-safety system. Every service line. One vendor.
