SMS Mobile Messaging Terms

1. Program Description

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to this agreement, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Building Electronic Controls, Inc. (“BEC”, “we”, “us”) regarding your service relationship with us. Message types include:

• Account alerts
• Service updates
• Project notifications
• Appointment reminders and confirmations
• Technician on-the-way notifications with estimated arrival times
• Verification codes
• Two-way conversations with our dispatchers and technicians regarding scheduled service

2. Originating Phone Numbers

SMS messages from BEC will be sent from the following numbers:

• 844-619-0192 — Technician on-the-way notifications
• 833-436-3992 — Service updates and customer care messaging

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the status of your active service requests. You will typically receive messages only when there is relevant activity on your account or scheduled service.

4. Message and Data Rates

Your mobile carrier’s message and data rates may apply. BEC does not charge a fee for sending SMS messages, but standard carrier charges from your wireless plan apply to both messages sent and received.

5. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further SMS messages from that number unless you re-subscribe. To re-subscribe, reply START, UNSTOP, or YES.

7. Consent

Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from BEC. You may purchase or use BEC services without opting in to SMS communications.

You can provide consent in two ways:

• Verbal consent during a service call or scheduling interaction with a BEC representative, who will read a scripted disclosure before recording your consent.
• Written/web consent by submitting your mobile number through this page or an opt-in form that explicitly references this SMS Mobile Messaging Agreement.

8. Privacy

BEC does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS message content with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes. Mobile information collected for SMS will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. 9. Supported Carriers

BEC’s SMS program is compatible with major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Changes to This Agreement

BEC may update these SMS Mobile Messaging Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes affecting your rights will be communicated via SMS where required.
