Our Safety Philosophy

Establishing a healthy and safe work environment is a priority for BEC. 

To foster this philosophy, BEC conducts Safety Meetings with their employees that educate and bring awareness to important industry safety procedures and ensure that they are being practiced on jobsites. These meetings are conducted weekly and emphasize the importance of having a “safety first” attitude as well as professional compliance and performance in a project. 

Through application of this philosophy, we actively promote a work environment that contributes to the positive attitudes and safe practices of individual employees. Safety is a team effort geared toward a BEC goal of an injury free workplace.
