What we do, year after year

Six service tracks. One service agreement..

Almost every BEC client bundles testing, monitoring, preventative maintenance, and on-call repair into one annual agreement — predictable cost, single accountability chain, one phone number.

01

Annual Testing

NFPA 72, Title 19, Regulation 4 — AHJ-accepted documentation, electronic test reports, panel printouts archived in your service portal.

02

24/7 Central-Station Monitoring

UL-listed, dual-path signaling, AHJ-listed central station. Operator-on-line response in under 90 seconds on confirmed alarms.

03

Preventative Maintenance

Scheduled quarterly or semi-annual site visits — battery load tests, device cleaning, firmware reviews. Stops trouble calls before they ring in.

04

Repair & Trouble Calls

Same-day dispatch on priority trouble calls in Greater LA. Replacement parts stocked from the truck — most panels back on watch the same visit.

05

Regulation 4 Testing

LAFD-accepted documentation, fully scheduled around your operations calendar. Test results filed directly with the AHJ.

06

EST3 → EST4 Upgrade

Phased platform migration without shutting the building down. We replace floor-by-floor, hold the same head-end, re-verify after every panel.

Who shows up

The technician on the truck is the difference.

Every BEC field technician holds the certifications California's AHJs ask for — and they're IBEW union members, on a continuous training cycle direct from the manufacturer.

  • California State Certified

State Fire Marshal credentials for fire-alarm installation and testing across every Title 19 / NFPA 72 scope BEC services.

  • Factory Trained

Authorized Edwards EST partner. Xtralis, Talk-A-Phone, and Napco factory certifications maintained on a rolling annual cycle.

  • Regulation 4 Certified

LAFD Regulation 4 testing — full documentation pipeline from field test to AHJ filing, handled by the same crew on every visit.

  • IBEW Union

Every field technician carries an active IBEW card and OSHA-30. Continuity matters — the tech who shows up has touched your panel before.
